Engineering
After initial meetings with the client to discuss the scope of work, our Design and Engineering team will produce conceptual, sample drawings or realistic 3D renderings for the client’s approval. These samples may range from a stand-alone fixture to a full store layout.
The next step in the process is to develop highly detailed drawings for production. These drawings include the necessary dimensions, material specifications, hardware, finishes, and much more to ensure the customer requirements are being met.
An equally important process that works parallel with the drawings used for production, is the creation of a detailed Bill of Material for each job that goes through the Design and Engineering department. All necessary components are accounted for, from raw materials to hardware, to ensure that production has the most current and complete information to produce the customer’s order. The reports created from this data are used by our engineers to communicate to various departments in production.
